Shoe inserts

Purchased for 73 year old wife. She appreciates them very much. I have been wearing inserts for close to 60 years due to being born with flat feet. Shoes have never been made properly for the human foot. I started out with hard inserts which helped to develop an arch, and then started in wearing cushioned inserts for comfort. Your whole body improves with proper arch support. Just get them. At any age they improve your overall well being.

These are great insoles for the price

Maximum means maximum

I stupidly thought the maximum was referring to the amount of rigidity in support. Well, that is true but it also refers to the amount of cushioning. These will be great for high volume shoes and boots with a substantial removable insert. I kept the one pair I had altered and exchanged the other two for Form Ultra Thin.

Definitely better

I started off with cadence and then got some other insoles. Had to go back to cadence. There are the best.

The 10 second point pressure insoles are wonderful…I had to change my shoe size as my doctor said might happen…but is well worth the change since my feet did not hurt…what a joy!

All I hoped for

The insoles are very supportive and I put them in a work shoe that was a little too big so the heel of the shoe would flap a little when I walked. I put these in and now they are perfect. They are sturdy appearing and I like that they are not the full length of the shoe so that I can put them in any shoe and do not need to remove the insole that comes with the shoe. I will likely get more in the future

Good for fat pad atrophy

These insoles give good support for your whole foot, which you need for fat pad atrophy. They're soft and strong at the same time. They're a good substitute for the Power Step Pro Techs which seem to have gone extinct.

Great insoles!

Been wearing Birkenstocks insoles for years as recommended by my Podiatrist. For $60 opposed to Good Feet Store for $500, or other special molded orthotics, these are great. I have flat feet, heal pain, and inward pronation. Birkenstocks blue footbed orthotics have helped me very much.

great pressure relief insoles

i've been using these insoles for over 4 years now. they WORK! recommended to me by my Podiatrist, i have never been more satisfied. they truly are fantastic pressure relief insoles. highly recommended.

Not good for me. They squeak in my shoes and the arch support was painful.

Love these for soccer! They help protect the impact of the sport on your joints. Much better than the inserts that come in standard in the cleats. They last quite a while too even for our child that plays a lot! Our family swears by these shoe inserts! The company always ships fast too which is great!

High Arch support

I have very high arch and have tried all types of shoes; but the only support my feet love is this insole. I have never been so happy to review anything before. I hope this helps to people with high arch and long working hours.

Great insoles

I purchased a pair in 2015 when I was hiking on the Appalachian Trail. They were a life saver than and right now I work at Walmart and walk between 15,000 to 20,000 steps a day. So they definitely work well for me on concrete.

Improves comfort of everyday footwear

Greatly improved support in two pairs of everyday shoes that had grown uncomfortable, but that I wasn’t ready to discard. I still reserve my most supportive (and expensive) shoes for days when I’ll be on my feet a lot, but these inserts mean I can still wear my less expensive (and sometimes cuter) footwear on easier days.

Happy Feet

I've worn Pedal insoles with various shoes for years and was thrilled to find them online with free shipping. These insoles provide just the right amount contour and support for foot, leg, and hip comfort throughout the day. Many insoles are too bulky to be worn with ladies flats but these are just perfect. My orthopedist also gives them a thumbs up. The order process and delivery couldn't have been more convenient.

Great for long days on feet

My son's podiatrist recommended these insoles for support and pressure relief. These insoles provide great support and relief when working all day including climbing up ladders. I highly recommend the pressure relief insoles especially if you are on your feet all day.

seemed ok but not for me

looked well-made and felt comfortable on their own, but as soon as I put it in a shoe the arch was way too far back on my foot and extremely uncomfortable. Returned immediately.

Bought these based on the great reviews.. I was excited to try them. I done like the instructions said to form them to my feet.. i literally wore these to work for a 8 hour shift and by the end of my shift my feet were hurting so bad that I never tried them again.. they literally are the hardest insoles that I have ever tried.. would not recommend these to anyone

Immediate improvement for Pickleball related ankle pain

After first use, noticed immediate relief (roughly 90%) of ankle pain on 'push off' foot (right foot of RH pickleball player). Pain would always show up about an hour after play. Interested to see if any changes after break-in, but so far so good. Saved a $500 trip to the podiatrist.

Best work insole ever

I have been in industry for over 40 years and your feet tend to suffer over long hours of work. I bought my first set of Form Memory Foam insoles about 2 years ago after trying several others. I will never buy another. My feet thank you, as does my back, hips, and both knees. Great product.

I have been wearing these insoles for years & I haven't had any flare ups of planters fasciitis. I have also been diagnosed with hallux rigidus & these insoles have kept the pain at bay.

This is my second pair of the Pressure Relief insoles. I have history of tendon rupture in my foot and now have a large metatarsal head callous that I can't walk on without an insert. These insoles are wearable immediately, mold quickly to my foot and are reasonably priced. I will be buying more pairs of these.

These insoles have been great for my sons soccer cleats they fit well and give him much needed support. He does wear through them in a couple of months, but he does get a lot of use out of them.

Still experimenting with these insoles

I have more than one issue with my right foot, and I have more than one type of shoe (tennies, street shoes, dance shoes) I need to try these insoles with. What I can say without reservation is that, under ALL circumstances, these insoles help immensely with my Morton's Neuroma. I also deal with Hallux Rigidus on the same foot and that seems to be more difficult depending on the shoe. That said, I am happy I purchased these insoles, and I am contemplating purchasing a second pair. I just need to continue experimenting for a bit longer.

I have metatarsalgia, for the first time in my right foot. The met pad put pressure on the swollen area so I switched to an insole that just cushions the foot until it heals. However, the few times I wore these insoles they felt wonderful with my unaffected foot, so I'm looking forward to using them all the time. Hopefully, they will prevent another attack of metatarsalgia.

Where to start

You sent me a review request but I’ve only had the insoles for about 3-4 days with the slow shipping. I’ve only worn the shoes twice so far. Hard to tell any difference from the original Meindl insoles. The right foot insole feels thinner in the toe area like it has no support. Looking at the insoles side by side the right foot one does appear a fraction thinner at the toe tip. I’ll have to wear them longer than a few days to decide if they offer the support I need. Hopefully you’ll send me another review request then.

Inserts for plantar fasciitis

Orthopedic recommended these inserts for my plantar fasciitis. I didn’t have to cut them to size. These inserts did replace the inserts inside my sneakers. Interestingly I do not notice any more of a cushion feel than my former inserts but am sticking with it due to these being recommended by my doc.

Good but too much height

I like how the insoles feel but the original insole was so much thinner than the cadence insoles that the shoe doesn't fit ideally when the cadence insoles are in. Still better than not having them but I think I should've gotten a thinner version.

Great for Neuroma

I've been wearing these for about a week, and they've helped my neuroma immensely. I ordered a size 8, which is my normal shoe size, and it fit perfect. I also like the 3/4 length because I don't have to remove the shoe's original insole. I will definitely purchase more of these to have in other shoes!

It only took about 10 minutes to get use to the pad, and now I've installed these in my other shoes. Works well and I haven't had discomfort since. Thanks!

Best I've tried

Initially purchased these because of a bad case of plantar fasciitis. These were the only insoles that lessened the pain and helped cure my PF. I've continued to use these in every boot I own, because of the comfort. I now swap these into brand new boots and experience the comfort for all-day wear that I require. Amazing!

10 Seconds relief!

I bought a pair of these insoles about 8 years ago for my golf shoes. They lasted that long! I had been hunting for the same orange and blue insoles and could not find them. Lo and behold Insoles.com had them only the colors were different! Sure enough when they arrived, they were the exact same insoles I had before. I have low arches and most of the other brands felt very uncomfortable because they were for higher arches. I had Plantar Fasciitis once and never want to have it again. These insoles did the trick.

Pinnacle maxx

These are the BEST! I have a pair in every athletic shoe/and sneaker that I own. Why change them out all the time? Without the pinnacle, I would have plantar fasciitis and would be slipping around in my shoes constantly. They fill up the shoe a bit for my very small foot, an added plus! They are so expensive that I do need to search for deals.

Good product!

These insoles are very spongy and provide a significant measure of relief. I have a severe compound problem (morton's neuroma and fat pad atrophy) and have been pleased at how much relief I've gotten. It's not perfect, but walking and hiking are much easier now.

I love these insoles!

I went to two different Podiatrists for foot pain. The Dr. told me I wore good shoes but even they do not have an insole that is optimal for foot health. I found these at a local shoe store but found them at Insoles.com for a lower price plus free shipping! What a relief! I ordered a pair for my brother who received his today and immediately inserted them into his shoes. He said he immediately could tell they are superior to what he usually uses. Tore a tendon in my foot last year and when I no longer needed a boot the podiatrist told me to get these. They were incredible for many reasons. I also have plantar fasciitis and multiple other issues with my feet. I can walk very well and my feet are great with these in my shoes.

I needed the tallest arches available. These came from a company with a name I would not have trusted save for the helpful advise from Insoles. They are different, they are working great for me.

These work great in running shoes that are 100% neutral and have thinner midsoles. They were not a good match for neutral-stable running shoes especially with thick maximal midsoles (like Hoka Bondi and Brooks Ghost Max 2). [I did remove the stock insoles as these 10 second ones are very thick]

At first, they were hard and I was a little concerned, but then I realized you’re supposed to wear them a little longer and I love them. I’m having to switch that one pair into all three of my shoes, but they really helped my high arch support.

I ordered these insoles on December 1 and received them within the week. They came packaged just as promised. I have not put these in my shoe yet, but they look like they should---had plantar fascists and am chicken to try them before a funeral for my neighbor today. I had it so bad that I could barely walk and now I'm walking--and don't want to mess it up with a new product--though I feel that I wouldn't be-- just extra cautious. At first I didn't like these insoles because my met pain is just above my arch & the top of the met pad touched that area. I then put the PEDAG in the shoe & put an insole with good foam padding on top & it's perfect. I now have extra arch support & cushion for my forefoot.

the best thing about second Ultra Arch 3810

I always wore inserts until may of 2024 when I bought new sneakers, which were so comfortable that I stopped wearing inserts in them. By July I was in pain!! Low back pain and sciatica. I could not even turn over in bed without terrible pain. Then I had a thought: The inserts I had not been wearing. I put them in my sneakers and bought 2 more sets for all of my shoes. By Early September the pain was going away. My doctor said: you are getting back into balance. Today,December 14,2024, I am pain free. This is my true story. I am an active 79 year old and my back is and the sciatica is gone

Very foot-comforting insoles

I have bone on bone sesmoids behind my big toe following a bunion surgery 6 years ago. I have searched and searched for insoles that would provide the level of comfort I need on the forefoot because it feels as though I am walking on a golf ball in that area. These insoles with the “special” insert in the forefoot have finally provided the comfort I need. I can finally walk and stand without pain or any discomfort in my feet all day long. I am so thankful for these insoles and please keep them in your inventory so I can order more in the future.

My podiatrist recommended these for my high arches. I have terrible foot pain and these really help. I've tried several other less expensive brands, but always come back to Cadence. Ordering was easy and quick shipping.

Chronic Lower Back Pain

For many yrs I suffered with lower back pain. Tried yrs of chiropractors, pain management, exercises, walking regularly, but lately it was becoming worse. X-rays show curvature of the spine along with arthritis. Decided as a last resort to try the insoles. So far they seem to be making a huge difference as the pain is almost gone. Hopefully they continue to work for me.

Great orthotics

The motion control prothotic insole is their best insole yet. I used to have severe plantar fasciitis and heel pain. I have had many cortisone injections in the past. Since using these insoles, my foot and heel pain have decreased substantially. I strongly recommend these insoles for athetes especially runners who need arch support, stability and heel cushioning.

Great fit and comfort but materials not staying glued.

At mid-insole, on the bottom the seam on one of the two insoles has come unglued. It's in a pair that I've owned for about six months. Doesn't impact the fit and comfort but it's a material flaw.

Fantastic Insoles

These not only feel great, but really do help with my feet position. I can feel the pressure on the arches of my feet correcting everything. I have been able to work long hours and greatly reduced my foot fatigue. Even my new boots didn't feel like they needed a break in. Wonderful insoles. I have them set up to replace them yearly.

Great Insole

I buy the Birkenstock Blue Footbed each year when I replace my walking shoes. I find that the insole increases the comfort of the shoe and decreases the foot pain I have experienced.

These are a good comfy option. If you do not have a need for arch support I highly suggest you try these worth the price, better feel than any other you will spend money on and they will last you longer than any other will.

The Insole company was great to work with. The online ordering was easy. I ordered on Tuesday and the insoles were here on Friday. I would definitely order again from Insoles. I have worn these insoles for a couple of years now. They are comfortable and effective. They easily fit in any shoe or boot.

Didn't work for my application

I'm looking for some arch supports for Cowboy Boots (that was my Google search criteria), but these are ridgid to the point where they won't flex downward where the boot curves down. So it leaves a gap under your foot and keeps it elevated off the boot itself.

Update to my initial review, as well an update to the initial update to my initial review: the Insoles Team reached out to me after they reached out to the company from which Insoles.com purchases the insoles in question. It seems there have been changes made to the PowerStep ProTech insoles, which explains the concern I had with the difference in the two pairs of insoles I purchased. And so both pairs of insoles are indeed authentic PowerStep insoles, and not knock-offs which had me concerned about the quality and authenticity of my purchase. And because Insoles.com/FootHealth did investigate my concern, and then reached out to me to address my concern, and, too, because I was offered the opportunity to swap out the insoles (which chose not to), I have had my faith restored and, therefore, wish to update my review to a authentic 5 stars rating along my full recommendation for Insoles.com and the Insoles Team. Updated star rating to 5 stars, in that hopefully my initial, honest review will be posted here. In Feb. 2026 I was happy to discover PowerStep ProTech Full-Length insoles online, and without having to pay for an office visit to my podiatrist in order to purchase these particular PowerStep insoles. I ordered one pair and was so pleased with my purchase that I ordered two more pairs of the same PowerStep ProTech Full-Length insoles on Mar. 12, 2026. Just as with my initial purchase, my order arrived within a few days via USPS. However when I opened the PowerStep packaging, it looked as if one pair of insoles had possibly been worn, or at least tried on and returned to the seller. There appeared to be no damage to the insoles, just what appeared to be dusty spots on the bottoms of the insoles and sock fuzzies on the tops. No big deal, I thought, until I inspected the insoles in question and notice that the bottoms of the two pairs of insoles I purchased differed significantly. I have included photos in which the pair of insoles on the left look identical to the insoles I purchased initially in Feb., and as well the insoles I have purchased in the past through my podiatrist. The insoles on the right look … not right, in that there is no PowerStep logo, nor is there any embossment for nonslip surface or aesthetics. Just a smooth, generic bottom that feels less dense and structurally sound than the pair of insoles pictured on the left. To be fair I have not contacted the seller, and based on a possible reply to my review, it remains to be seen whether or not I will continue to buy from Insoles.com. Please, everyone, see for yourself.

Can't live without these

I have used these insoles for years after experiencing plantar fasciitis. They make such a difference and allow me to continue enjoying walking every day, from work to hiking during my time off. My only complaint is the squeaking sound they make rubbing in all my shoes. Have tried putting the dryer sheet between them and the shoe but it only stays in place for a day or two.

Keeps me active in spite of plantar faciatis

15 years ago I developed plantar faciatis. I tried all types of "cushiony" insoles which provided some level of protection but did nothing to improve my condition. I went into a New Balance store and learned that what I needed was STABILITY not cushion. I came out with a stable pair of running shoes and prothotic motion control insoles. Finally my condition improved. I wear a variety of shoes for running, hiking, and leisure but I only wear prothotic motion control for my insole.

I've used this insole brand for years without a problem. My podiatrist stocked them at his office. This pair I ordered directly from the website. The right foot one is not fitting as well as usual in that there's a little larger gap on the right side that allows the edge of my foot to slip into the gap. Small thing but as the day goes on it begins to annoy me.

I have these Cadence insoles in my Merrell agility peak shoes. They work well in these shoes giving some extra stability to the otherwise soft feeling shoes. The most supportive insole

This is the best insole you can buy. It is ultra supportive as its name suggests. It is thick and dense. I tried many insoles for arch support and this is by far the best and the only one working for me. Most uniquely it has a supporting bump in the upper middle that really eases metatarsal pain around the ball of my foot, especially after long walk or run. It is not cheap but you get what you pay for and you can use it in multiple shoes.

I bought a pair of wolverine steel-toe boots because I had another pair of wolverines that worked so well for me in the past. However, upon looking at the boot design, I saw that the boots put all the pressure on the ball of my foot, no matter which insoles I used. Do yourself a favor and buy good shoes first!

Great New Balance Replacement

For many years I used the New Balance Motion Control insoles. A few years ago, they redesigned them / changed suppliers. I found that the 10 Seconds Motion Control are the same design as the old NB. These are really good insoles for Morton’s neuroma or Plantar fasciitis.

Plantar fasciitis

I suffer from plantar fasciitis on my left foot. I do PT exercises daily, but it continues. It’s better than when it began years ago, but still hurts. With Cadence insoles, I get the arch support that affords me the ability to walk 2.5 miles to get some exercise. When I don’t have arch support I can’t walk much at all. My PT recommend Cadence insoles & I’m very glad he did!

As a USPS carrier, I have to stand quite a bit both while sorting and getting my mail ready for my daily route, as well as putting mail out at apartment complexes. The Ultra Arch insoles have made my feet much less sore and tired at the end of the day, which also includes twice daily walks with my dog. I've been using them for years now, and will continue to reorder them until/unless I find something better for my feet. I do wish they were less expensive, but my feet are worth it. This item is well constructed. I was surprised at how floppy, springy it was. Probably a good choice for a shoe that isn't naturally springy. The arch was too tall for me when I did a test fit in my house so I had to return them.

Fixed My Problems

Two years ago during my half training, I flared up some tendons in my foot. Since then I’ve struggled a fine line of re-injuring and feeling well. The first week in these after a much needed foot consult, I have no pain at all. My fault, but so thankful for the RunPro High saving my running career.

Already have holes

These insoles are the right size but there are already holes worn in them from my exercise routine. They dont fit in my sneakers right either. I need to shove them in and out every time i wear them. It makes my shoes fit smaller as well. In reality poor quality, but there are not many options for larger foot size inserts. Too expensive though. I can barely afford buying a new pair because times are tough but i would need to because these are less than 3 weeks old and have started “chipping” into my socks in the toe, and a “hole” develops in the flat arc of sole,

I have plantar Fascistic. I did not want to buy a Birkenstock shoes for $150.00 + . so I bought these for $60.00 instead. Still not sure about buying the Birkenstock shoes yet. The pressure relief insoles with the met pad were initially recommended by my foot doctor. They provided so much instant relief I now have them in 4 pairs of my shoes and tell everyone how great they are.

Best insoles EVER

I love these. I wear a 9 sneaker/shoe and 8.5/9 was a perfect fit. I have plantar fasciitis pain and those totally took the pain away. I have a better gait when I walk now. Highly recommend these.

Perfect Low Volume Insole

I bought these as a replacement for my spenco thin insoles. They are great because they don't take up a ton of room in your shoes (so you don't have to replace your entire shoe stash with bigger sizes). Very good arch support and molding them in the oven ensures a perfect fit.

Wonderful Product but Sizing Issues

I am pleased with the insoles but I requested one smaller size than the 13-15 that were sent. I thought I would be able to trim the insoles to fit and should have sent them back but that mistake is on me. I believe insoles,com could improve on their sizing information. Width is as much an issue as length since the insoles are so well made that it is next to impossible to trim /modify the width. They are an excellent insole and I have only myself to blame.

Delivery was good. Just not the right one as per therapist. So had to return. Service was great

Better than we'd hoped

I ordered a pair of the Motion Control insoles for my lady and I'm glad I did! Her feet and legs are always in pain because of her over-pronation; and most shoes or insoles cause her feet to cramp in addition to the pain she's already feeling. She noticed the difference immediately! Her pain did not set in when she put her shoes on! We went for a walk that day! The insoles are substantial, too! The heel is reinforced with carbon fiber for solid support! Worth every penny!

Cadence Original insoles are really comfortable. They cradle your heal and provide excellent support if you have Plantar Fasciitis which I do. I have tried other insoles and they do not compare with Cadence.

BEST INSOLES FOR WALKING, HIKING

I have tried many insoles however after using the prosthetic UA (ultra arch) I can honestly say I am able to continue walking up to 4 or 5 miles at a time. I have metatarsal pain and a high arch ... all of which are helped so much with this insole. The customer service is great!! they actually answer any questions you may have... I always order directly on the insoles.com web site. I am a FAN!!!

these are very comfortable shoe inserts. I put them in my sneakers , replacing the original insoles. These are MUCH more comfortable on my heel and fore foot, however they are a tad too thick and my heel feels like it’s going to slip out of my shoe sometimes. If your shoe has a higher heel cup you will be fine, but for any shoe or sneaker that is low profile , they might be too thick. I’ll probably buy the thinner model next time.

Love the Motion Control replacement insoles. Huge difference for the better after replacing the insoles that came with my shoes . I switch between Nike, Adidas and New Balance sneakers, and put the Motion Control in each when I wear them. Very comfortable. A little strange at first but that’s what good support feels like. Son wears a size 10 sneaker, and this size would not slide into his shoe. I will send them back this coming Monday. I already have the return authorization and package ready to mail. Superfeet All-Purpose Support High Arch (Previously Superfeet Green)

I own 6 pairs of them they are so great.

A few years ago my running team introduced them to me. They warned me not to use inserts that have a hard backing and to only use these soft ones. I have been using them every since and they cured my awful foot problems caused by Superfeet. I don't do any athletics without them. Also have them in my hiking shoes.

I have very high arches and, after bunion surgery, have painful sesmoid issues in my forefoot ads they are bone and bone (no cartilage at all). I have tried so many insoles over the years, even custom orthotics, and nothing has provided any where near the comfort as these insoles. I am so happy that I gave them a try. PRICES REASONABLE AND DELIVERY ON TIME

My podiatrist recommended I change my walking shoes to New Balance 577 with velcro straps because of Polymyositis disease that are covered by Medicare, and only Spenco Cross Trainer - 4: Men 10-11 insoles to treat my history of ankle pain caused by flat feet and bilateral over pronation that caused both of my feet to roll inward. The combination stopped my pain immediately. I purchased three pairs of the New Balance 577 Shoes from Amazon.com because of the price with free S/H, and three pairs of the Spenco Cross Trainer - 4: Men 10-11 insoles from INSOLES.com because they had a lower price then on Amazon.com, The insoles were received on time and well packaged. The cost of the insoles from INSOLES.com was much better than from Amazon.com. The only negative regarding the Spenco Cross Trainer insoles is they do not support 1/2 sizes like 10-1/2 W, so I had to order 10-11 and cut them. The manufacturer does not say they can be cut or come with instructions. But I figured it out. You just remove and use your existing insole sole as a template and place it on top of the new Spenco Insole, use a black sharpie to trace around the old shoe insole onto the Spenco Insole and use very sharp scissors to trim along the black line and presto they fit like a glove. Hope this saves others on additional research. PS: My Podiatrist recommended only the Spenco cross trainer insoles after prescribing them to hundreds of his patients with 90% success based on their feedback. The other 10% had to have prescription custom made insoles that cost $420/Pair and not covered by health insurance.

Ultra Arch is a keeper!

Impressive, pretty much immediate (10 seconds !) relief from the foot pain I have been experiencing. I have a high arch and a tendency for supination, along with a very sensitive little toe on my left foot. Tried different shoes , orthotics and many different amendments with some relief but the ultra arch is the first one that really addresses the issue. I am curious to see how this will hold up with time but I’m still going to order another pair. I wish I could just get one for my left foot because I have not had any issues with my right foot.

These insoles helped the pain on the ball of my foot immensely. I love them but they are thick so keep in mind that they may not fit in all of your shoes/boots. I use in an athletic shoe with a wide foot box but they don't work in my hiking boots as they squish my toes - I think if I went up a size, they would.

Extra Cushion, Extra Comfort

These are nice innersoles to add as an extra cushion on top of existing innersoles. I find that I often have to buy wide shoes because I need a wide toe box but then the rest of the shoe is a bit large. This is a perfect insert to add to fill out the shoe so it fits me perfectly. I love these because they do not hold odors like many other innersoles I have tried. They also wash nicely when needed. Green in a great color for healing.

These are not as thick or comfortable as original New Balance. And they fit differently in shoes (a little wider)They are okay, but not able to walk as long with these.

I have used these arch supports for over 40 years. I try others and keep coming back to these. I am super sensitive and these are gentle and easy on my feet yet give me the support I need. I often take the standard innersoles out of very good shoes and put these in. They do not seem to hold odors like other innersoles and wash very nicely too. Green is a healing color which is nice.

Great Relief

I have plantar fasciitis, a flexible foot and metatarsalgia which flared up recently. After putting these insoles in my shoes my foot pain was gone within a couple hours and I have worn them constantly since then. I'm on my feet most of the day, walk and work out daily so need good support. I've had 6 pair of custom-made orthotics through the years but none have worked well. This insole is the answer for me. I did order 9.5-10 women's insoles and they fit perfectly in my size 10.5 athletic shoes. The support is great and the cushioning is wonderful.

Comfiest Insole for Back Pain

I have been using this insole for about three months, and it's been amazing! It's great for using at the gym or on a hike. I suffered from lower back pain earlier this year, and this seems to be relieving some of that pain when I move. It's also great for anyone who has over-pronation. The foam is super comfortable, like walking on a mattress, but it's very supportive at the same time.

Only insoles I can wear

I am 74 YO woman and arthritis has done a job on my feet. My foot size and shape has changed from a 7.5 narrow-to-medium shoe to a 9.5 WWW. I also have scoliosis and spinal stenosis so it's essential that I have a shoe insole that I can wear without causing additional stresses on my lower back. I wear a lift in my right shoe because that is the concave side of my lumbar "C" scoliosis so my leg is shorter. I have tried so many insoles. I have a boxes of them. My Orthopedic hip doctor recommended Superfeet, but I find them too hard and at the end of the day my feet really ache and my fragile skin burns and feels like sandpaper. I only have three pair of Propet shoes that I can wear, so I buy three pair at a time to change them out when needed. Thanks for stocking the NB insoles. I don't know what I would do without them. They certainly made my walking life much more comfortable.

I have very high arches and have problems with severe foot pain as a result. My podiatrist recommended metatarsal supports. Before using these, I had other non-metatarsal supports and still had problems. After trying one pair I was totally sold and now have 3 pair. Same as the 3020's Get the job done

I've long used the NB 3020's to cushion my bad ankles. These appear to be same product, w/ name of a company in MN instead of the old one in NC on the box, and NB no longer puts its own brand name on the box. Great cushy insoles and they fit in the NB "wides"; only wish NB (and all the successor vendors) could've figured out how to actually _make_ them in US. (My reason for 4* instead of 5*)

I have worn this insert with the strong arch and metatarsal support for several years and it has been a real lifesaver. Most inserts don’t include include the metatarsal support which I desperately need. They are very comfortable and the sizing doesn’t vary from order to order. It is very consistent. The Insert size and width was perfect for 16 4E New Balance Shoes

Shoes and inserts have limits when the bigger sizes are needed. I was pleased to find the Cadence Men's 15.5-16.5 paired very well with New Balance, 1450 shoes sized 16 4E. I did my first 12 miles with no issues, no discomfort, and no blisters or hot spots. 5 stars all day long! Buen Camino!!

Flat feet

I received these and immediately trimmed to size. I have flat feet with posterior tibial tendon disorder in my right foot. I inserted these in both my sneakers and walking boots and felt immediate relief. I really believe these will last all day for pain relief and hoping for great lasting quality! Updates to follow.

I paid over $100 for my last soles that were amazing but these ones are only $40 and work just as good if not better! I play volleyball and these give me no pain and amazing support. Cannot recommend enough!

The Superfeet Green insoles are the only insoles I have used for the last 4-5 years. They were helpful in getting my plantar fasciitis under control, lessened the pain in my knees and they are a great fit in my shoes. My Favorite Insoles

I play Pickleball 6 days a week and have found that wearing the Prothotic Ultra Arch Insoles greatly reduce my foot pain. I have tried others but this model seems to give the best support, comfortable, and long lasting, even with daily wear.

Super comfortable and great fit in larger sizes!

For those who struggle with larger shoe sizes, this insole pairs well as 15.5-16.5 size to a New Balance 481 V1, size 16 4E. All you gotta do is take out the factory insole and put this gem inside the new shoes. It's been a real pleasure walking 9-12 miles in this insoles and shoes. Buen Camino!

Great insoles

My wife and I are on our 5th pair of Form Insoles. We really like the fact that they come in a narrow size which is perfect for us. Both comfortable and great cushioning and fits all of our shoes. I would rate the insoles 6 stars if I could!

Simply the best!

I wore New Balance Pressure Relief Insoles for many years as they were recommended by my podiatrist. When NB discontinued those insoles, I tried 2 others of theirs but they didn't work for me at all. NB insoles are now made by Super Feet which are way too hard for me. I saw these 10 Seconds insoles online & found out that these ARE the SAME insoles as the NB Pressure Relief as 10 Seconds is the manufacturer! Yippee! I've just ordered 3 more pair to have on hand. I get injections in my feet so I need to have these handy when I feel my feet starting to complain. I'm hopeful these insoles will continue to be made. They are the best you can buy for a cushioning & supportive insole.

Solid arch supports

I used to buy these directly from the New Balance (NB) factory in Lawrence, MA. They (NB), no longer offer/sells these but Insoles purchased the rights to use NB molds and are offering them now called the 3810's. A few minor tweaks that have upgraded areas of support. Glad they are still being offered as they were some of the best inserts with carbon fiber options.

Best Insoles Ever

I use these insoles in all of my shoes. I am 6’9, have flat feet, and and have a bad ankle. These insoles makes my shoes so much more comfortable when I am walking, working out, or doing any sort of intense activity. Superfeet for DA Win!

I've had a problem with my feet for some time. Had the custom ones made from the doc. Tried different ones which they all helped but not as much as I would have liked. I have struggled with unstable ankles and have very high arches. This product is better than any custom-made orthotic a physician has ever made for me. I replace mine every 6 months and it is well worth is to have happy feet and ankles.

I have Morton's neuroma in both feet. It doesn't matter what I wear, if I walk long enough, my feet will hurt to the point of almost limping. But these insoles, along with the most comfortable shoes I've ever found (Nunn Bush) keep the pain to a minimum and allow me to get much more done before I have to quit because of foot pain. As long as they make these, I will have them in my shoes.

Received this to help with pain from neuromas in both feet. Cushions are pretty thick and have good support. I have been wearing them and so far they are comfortable. If they hold up I will order more and leave updated review!

Much better than superfeet

I just bought these insoles for the first time to wear in my athletic shoes, my boots but mostly to wear in my dansko clogs that I wear to work four days a week to work. These are much better than superfeet which to me feel hard as a rock. I always thought I had a high arch but I found out yesterday I have a medium one. They’re very soft and foamy. I could stand in these for hrs. The only thing I don’t like about them is the price. They’re very expensive. Hopefully they last me a year like they claim.

Overpronator

This site is the only place I can trust for insoles. I have multiple foot problems so need cushioning plus arch support plus control. No insole is a “cure all” for me, but I find that if I switch (have always had to do this as it seems what helps one thing often hurts another) between these and the 10 second “ultra arch”, I can manage things. I call it “pain management “ This is especially true as I am 74 and trying to increase walking, elliptical etc. To stay strong and loose some pounds. Have been to many podiatrists over the years and custom orthotics only cause me more discomfort. I recommend both products for anyone who is in my shoes! (Ha, ha!)

I've been using the Prothotics Pressure Relief insoles for years and love them. Get a new pair every time I get a new pair of shoes; so much better, more comfortable, and relaxing than the junk insoles that now come with new shoes--even if you have paid hundreds of dollars for the shoes. my replacement for New Balance 3810

I've been using New Balance 3810 insoles for years. Once they continued it, I was very happy to find that these 10 second insoles felt very similar and provided the same relief for my plantar fasciitis. I tried the Superfeet insoles but the 10 second insoles provided better relief for me (and wasn't squeaky like the Superfeet insoles)

Love my 10 Seconds Arch Stability Insoles!

I have used these insoles for the past 10 years in my tennis shoes for all sports activities. They are especially good if you have a high arch or prior foot injury where you need additional arch support. Worth the money and last a long time.

For me the best Insole’s I’ve had!

I’ve tried so many different insoles and these are hands down the best I’ve ever had. Fit nicely into my shoe or boot, also use them in my house shoes/slippers! I have really struggled with plantar fasciitis for several years off and on and I believe these insoles have been a turning point for me.
